For the first time in Greece, we have designed with the team of the Lean Institute of Turkey (Member of the Global Lean Network) a complete course mingling our expertise in Lean with theirs, enhancing it with in house exercises the participants design and deploy, leading to a diploma in Lean Management, supported by Professor Pollalis who teaches Balance Score card. The course includes many exercises on participants' company issues with exceptional results. Sectors: Retail, Banking, Manufacturing. We will announce the extraordinary results towards the end of 2017 at an international business conference!
